The Terrorism Early Warning Group (TEWG), Regional Information Sharing Systems (RISS), and Contact Information Management System (CIMS).

Robert Blankenship of the Cincinnati Police Department is the local TEWG coordinator. He will discuss the TEWG and their proactive measures in order to detect, prevent, deter or respond to a terrorist act. TEWG also provides multi-agency training, provides vulnerability assessments and target hardening.

Mary Tayler of the Ohio Department of Public Safety is the Local Coordinator Unit Leader of CIMS, She will discuss both CIMS and RISS Services, such as information sharing, training, and the RISSNET portal. RISS is a federally-funded program to support regional law enforcement efforts to combating crimes of all types.
