    Well Facebook and Mobile seem to be the obvious choice. No real brain power needed to guess that so I’ll throw out something specific.

    SMS/Text/IM(mobile) to clients for retention is a growing tactic that seems to push through the interruption plateau. I think you will see a major increase in the use of the old sms internet standard for new marketing campaigns.
